Sophia Stratton is a highly accomplished professional actor with over 16 years of experience in the Australian theatre, film, and television industry. A graduate of the prestigious Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) program at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with Distinction, Sophia has also been recognised on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence and is a proud member of the Golden Key Honour Society.
Sophia’s diverse performance credits span feature films, short films, television, stage, commercials, voiceover, and musical theatre. She has portrayed lead roles in productions such as Equivocal Resolve, Kick Ons, and Romeo & Juliet (as Lady Capulet), and has appeared on the Nine Network series Cops L.A.C. Her stage work includes powerful performances in Three Sisters, Love, Splendor in the Grass, and Chekhov classics, demonstrating her depth and versatility as a performer.
Beyond her performance career, Sophia is a passionate and dedicated acting coach and director, with a proven track record of mentoring singers, actors, and performers across Australia. She specialises in performance coaching, audition preparation, and confidence building for both stage and screen. She has directed numerous musical theatre productions, empowering emerging talent with her deep knowledge of text, movement, voice, and character development.
